About Me

My name is Kelsey Baker and I'm a mother, attorney, and consultant working full-time in the corporate world and raising two little ones alongside my husband. 

During maternity leave, I was adjusting to life with a newborn and three-year-old, trying to figure out how to manage it all. Time management has always been one of my strengths, but I realized there was a lot I could be doing differently to improve my circumstances and make more time for the things I value. 

I started to build systems and implement habits that were much more intentional, giving me so much more time and energy, and I want to help you do the same!

A little more about me …

I am the stereotypical millennial eldest daughter, which is 90% of my personality.

I love to read (I’ve had a yearly reading goal for as long as I can remember), spend time with my family, take walks, play golf, watch football, and sip coffee - usually iced.

At nineteen, I made a solo move from the Midwest to NYC and stayed for college and law school. That experience shaped a lot of who I am today. (I like to think that I have the Midwestern charm with the confidence of a New Yorker.)

I left the city after meeting my husband but stayed on the East Coast where we are raising our two little boys. Most of my free time is spent with them.

By day, I'm a non-practicing attorney doing consulting and project management work in the corporate world. On top of motherhood, I have a demanding job, run a business, co-run a household, and still have plenty of free time and do not feel overwhelmed - and I'm here to help you apply the same set of skills and systems to your life!
